Marine Pro Service was founded in 1995 and was fully licensed by the Ukrainian Government for crewing. We started recruitment of Ukrainian seafarers to foreign shipping companies one of the first.
Marine Pro Service has offices in 5 Ukrainian ports :
Izmail, Odessa, Kherson, Sevastopol and Kerch
Our staff is 24 hours a day and 7 days a week at Your service . We can arrange total crews or individual seafarers, officers or engineers.

To avoid alcohol, drug and psychological problems on the vessels of our Principals all officers and ratings pass special tests.

We have available navigators experienced in river system navigating and we can supply crew for the river vessels as well.
Additionally, we have plenty of the deck/ engine officers, stewardesses, bartenders, cooks and other staff experienced in passenger fleet.
Also, we have repair teams fully ready for job consisting of engineers and welders. Repair team provides full set of job needed for the specific tasks. We have welders team experienced in hull/ pipes welding/ turning/ fitting at the shipyards.
OUR POSSIBILITIES
Presently we operate our own pool of more than 10000 officers and ratings, most of them has been recruited via us to a number of well known shipping companies.
Our candidates from top officers to ratings are experienced and reliable. Our Company may guarantee the high professional level of work on :
- selecting and testing of the seamen (previous sea service incl. references, professional level and knowledge of English)
- checking of authenticity of seafarers documents
- preparation of flag documents Applications
- travel arrangements including entrance visas for any country
